About Tim Healy

Tim Healy, a 39 year veteran of the mailing industry, has been named Vice President and Public Sector Leader for Pitney Bowes Management Services (PBMS).

Tim joins PBMS from the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), where he most recently led the Retail Products and Services business. In this capacity, Timothy drove more than $18 billion in retail sales in 2010 through direct USPS sites and retail partnership locations. He was also an Officer of the USPS for the last two years.

During his very successful career with the USPS, Tim held multiple senior level operations and sales management positions, including District Manager Suncoast Division; District Manager Albany NY; Senior Plant Manager Long Island NY; and Senior Plant Manager Brooklyn NY.

At PBMS Tim will be responsible for Public Sector, which includes federal, state, and local government organizations. Tim’s deep understanding of the mailstream, combined with his unprecedented government experience, will make him an incredible resource for our discussions here at Government Connections.
